Hello everyone. Welcome to week 10. I hope the blog has been entertaining at the very least. Hopefully you find some good use out of it. Here we go...
This week I'm going to start off with a dream that I had. It's the closest thing I've ever had to a premonition. Our youngest, Payton, is a few weeks away from being 8! I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. The way that I found out I was pregnant, was very different. Don and I had just gotten married in June of 2012 and had an amazing week long honeymoon. The next few weeks after that had been work as normal. There were a few times that I did feel a bit nauseous and woozy. I chalked it off to normal life stress and hard work. It was a Saturday morning. I found myself in a very vivid dream, In my dream, I woke up in my very same pajamas, in my bed, next to my husband. I looked over at him sleeping, and got out of bed. I walked into our bathroom, took out a pregnancy test, and took it. It was positive. That's where I woke up. In my same pajamas, next to sleeping Don. I knew what I had to do. I got up, went into the bathroom, and took a pregnancy test. Guess what. It was positive. My dream was exact to me finding out I was pregnant. It was the most bizarre thing. I've never had another dream like it.
This next story takes place at our old house. This occurrence was most definitely odd. There could be a reasonable explanation for it, but to this day I haven't found one. Don and I were in bed sleeping and Payton was just a tiny baby in her crib sleeping in our bedroom. We awoke to someone pounding on our door at about 4 AM. Don went down to answer, while I stayed in the room with Payton. After about 5 minutes or so, Don came back into the room and said that I needed to go to the door and talk to who was there. I looked at him confused, but he urged that I go. I went down to the front door where there was a uniformed officer standing there. He started asking me all of the questions, "Are you hurt? Have you been bleeding? Is anyone in the house injured?" After answering all of his questions, I asked what was going on. He finally let me in. He told Don and I that someone from our home has been calling 911 over and over. When they picked up the phone, nobody was on the other line. He said that they traced the calls back to our house. We were completely shocked. He had checked outside, but never saw anything. The officer ended up leaving. Don and I couldn't fall back asleep. We kept wondering who had been calling from our house. Neither of us had. We were all asleep. We even had him compare the numbers to ours, but nothing. Don and I ended up checking all throughout our house and our property, but we couldn't find anyone or anything. The police had called us again to let us know that they had gotten two more phone calls. We never did figure out what had happened or who it was. I hope that if it ended up being a real person who needed help, that they ended up getting help. I could also see it being something more supernatural. That house was pretty haunted.
That's all for this week. I hope you all have a great week. I'll see you next week.
